          Equilibrium

• Everything is normal and as it should be          

          Disruption

• Something happens that disrupts the norm

          Recognition

• Character recognises the situation/disruption

          Repair

• There is an attempt to repair the damage of the disruption

         New Equilibrium

• New state of equilibrium however there may have been changes
